The Train-the-Trainer Workshop is for individuals who want to be certified

Impact's Train-the-Trainer Workshop focuses on both content and the
skills needed for successful facilitation.
At the Train-the-Trainer Workshop, you will review content principles, design, and delivery techniques. The goal of the workshop is to equip you to deliver and implement the 360° Leader course material within your company.

Our Train-the-Trainer Workshop is designed so that everything you need to facilitate and run a successful training program is provided by Maximum Impact. Whether you are an experienced facilitator who likes flexibility in a curriculum or still learning the ropes of facilitation, our Facilitator's Guide contains everything you need to facilitate the entire workshop. We also provide the PowerPoint slides, exercises, the participant workbook, handouts, value cards, action plan, etc.

This format is generally a three-day process. During the first two days, you learn through the lens of a participant, attending a larger Public Workshop of approximately 20-30 participants. The final day you will learn through the lens of a facilitator. The facilitation class is a much smaller group of typically 3 to 6 attendees. Note: Participants must attend a public workshop prior to the Train-the-Trainer course, however, they do not have to attend both workshops at one time.

Workshop. As a participant in the Train-the-Trainer workshop you will

Pre-Workshop Consultation (a $175 value)
You have questions, we have answers. There are unique leadership challenges
that you face at your organization. Perhaps you are going through unprecedented
change, or maybe a new leader is in charge, or developing people may
not be part of your culture. Therefore, what you want to get out of
the workshop will be unique. Before attending the workshop, call our

consultation with Maximum Impact's Director of Corporate Training. This
will give you a chance to shape the workshop to insure your unique needs
are met.
One-on-One Coaching (a $650 value)
Maximum Impact will equip you with all the information and resources
you need to successfully facilitate this workshop at your organization.
But we know that you will have questions that come up after you leave
the training that may require additional feedback and coaching. You
can schedule the one hour tele-coaching session with 120 days of completing
the Train-the-Trainer workshop; however, we encourage you to schedule
it within 30 days to help transfer your new skills into immediate and
tangible actions. The Maximum Impact Trainer who facilitated your workshop
will provide a coaching session that extends your development beyond
the workshop and into the workplace.

The 360° Leader Book (a $25 value)
These two best-selling John C. Maxwell books are not only a tremendous
resource for your development as a leader, they are also required reading
as a participant in the Train-the-Trainer Workshop. When you register
for the Train-the-Trainer workshop, a copy of both books will be mailed
to you along with a few other materials that will help you prepare for
the workshop. If you already have a copy of either book, we invite you
to select another John C. Maxwell book when you arrive at the workshop.
Repeat the Public and Train-the-Trainer Workshops at No Charge (a $3,295
value)
So much great information is shared, and so much learning takes place
at the workshops that many people find it helpful to experience the
workshop a second time. Within six months of completing the Train-the-Trainer
workshop, you have the option to return and go through both
the Public Workshop and the Train-the-Trainer workshop at no additional
charge. There are a limited number of seats in each workshop, so please
contact Maximum Impact at least 45 days prior to the workshop date to
reserve your seat.
Maximum Impact also offers Private Certification Workshops to organizations that desire to have multiple people certified in Maximum Impact's workshops.
